We currently own and manage over 3,800 homes, offering secure and affordable places to live while continuing to invest in long-term improvements, greener neighbourhoods and inclusive opportunities. South Liverpool Homes manages over 3,800 homes primarily across the South Liverpool areas of Speke and Garston, supporting vibrant, inclusive communities.
Homes are available to individuals and families in need of affordable housing. Applications are typically managed through Property Pool Plus, Liverpool’s choice-based lettings system.
In addition to maintaining high-quality homes, we offer support in areas such as employment, financial advice, wellbeing, and energy-saving guidance. Our goal is to help tenants live independently and thrive.
Repairs and maintenance are delivered through Avela Home Service – our joint venture with Penny Lane Builders. This partnership ensures prompt, reliable and professional service for all housing-related issues.
We are actively preparing for a net-zero carbon future by improving energy efficiency, developing greener homes, and supporting tenants in managing their energy use sustainably.
We invest in community projects, offer resident engagement programmes, and work closely with partners to improve access to services, education, and economic opportunities across South Liverpool.
